Billing and Payment Options

1. Question: How will I know if my order has been received?

Answer: We will e-mail you a confirmation message with a summary of your order and payment instructions.

2. Question: Should I immediately pay for the order after I ordered online?

Answer: Yes, to avoid any inconvenience. Also, please take note that your order will be purged if you fail to pay for it after seven (7) days. 

All payment will be coursed through the following modes of payment:

a. Credit Cards

b. Bank Payments

  • UCPB
  • UnionBank

c. Cash-On-Delivery (for direct house-to-house delivery and product pick-ups from the distributor)

d. Through Company's Counter (Robinsons Galleria, QC Philippines)

Shipping and Handling
 
1. Question: How will I check the delivery status of my order?
Answer: You can e-mail or call us to check the delivery status of your order.
2. Question: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: We are committed to a five (5) day maximum delivery period (within Metro Manila area). Your order will arrive five (5) days after your payment has been approved. Payment approval is usually secured the next banking day from your bank payment or the next working day from your credit card payment. 
3. Question: What is ODA?
Answer: ODA stands for Out of Delivery Area. We reserve the right not to deliver for areas or addresses outside of the delivery area of LBC, FedEx or Aboitiz. If your address is out of the delivery area you may choose to do the following: a) Change the delivery address b) Pay the additional amount of shipping cost c) Refund the payment of your order (only when in case the transaction has already been approved).
4. Question: Can I pick-up my order?

Answer: Yes. You may pick-up the products directly ordered through any company authorized servicing distributor.

5. Question: What will I do if I received a damaged shipment?

Answer: If upon delivery you discovered that the package has been damaged, you can send us an email. Please include the following information: 1. Full Name 2. Transaction Number 3. Airway Bill No. (All the above information are available on the delivery sticker) 4. Contact Number 5. Brief description of damage.

6. Question: What will I do if there’s a discrepancy in my shipment?

Answer: If there is a discrepancy between the number of boxes received and the number listed on the invoice, or, if individual products are missing from the order, please contact us immediately via e-mail. Please include the following in your e-mail: 1. Full Name 2. Transaction Number 3. Airway Bill No. (All this information are available on the delivery sticker) 4. Contact Number 5. Brief description of the discrepancy. 

7. Question: Can I have my orders delivered to another address other than mine?

Answer: Yes, we can directly deliver your order to another address that you may request.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

a. LBC
b. FedEx
c. Aboitiz

This section may include the cost of each form of delivery as we update our site.

Our 30-Day Exchange Policy
 
If you, for any reason, are dissatisfied with any of our products, we have a thirty (30) day exchange policy (excluding shipping charges and other incidental charges), provided you have not consumed more than 10% of the purchase.
 
You may return the product, along with the receipt, to the distributor from whom it was purchased within thirty (30) days for a replacement in exchange for the original product.
 
The distributor, upon receipt of the returned product, may exchange it for a new packaged unit by submitting the Order Statement showing the date of purchase.

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

1. Question: What will I do if I received a system error messages?

Answer: The system probably timed out while loading the page. In this case, try to reload the web page. Click Refresh (for Internet Explorer web browsers) or Reload (for Netscape browsers). If this doesn’t work, send us an email or click Contact Details at the navigation bar.

As of now, we only sell our products within areas of Metro Manila and within regions of the Philippines that are not outside the delivery areas of our shipping partners.

4. How much are the Red Iced Teas? And, do you have or do you sell trial packs?
The New Life Red Iced Teas cost PhP 250.00 a box and each box contains 25 sachets of tea. Yes, we have trial packs, and we offer them to you for free. Call us now and we'll send you free sample sachets of our iced tea products.   
 
5. Can I link your site to mine?
Yes, feel free to link and post our web address/URL to your sites. Just please ask for our permission first, so we would know the people linking us. Also ask for permission and give due credit if you wish to take any section or any partial information on our site and post the contents to yours. We've worked so hard to build are site and we hope you'll  consider and respect that hardwork and perseverance. Also, please don't direct link us or copy and paste any of our images to your site, as these things affect our bandwidth. If you find our images cool and you like to copy them, please save them directly to your computer by right-clicking on the images.
